Only a stone’s throw away from the North Sea – directly behind the dike – lies our campsite in East Frisia. Small and big fans of the water get their money’s worth, thanks to the wide range of possible activities: from swimming and cycling to day trips to the East Frisian North Sea islands and mudflat hiking. The salty fresh North Sea air does a lot of good for your health in the meantime. Numerous cycling and hiking tourists appreciate the unique North Sea climate and have been coming to Upleward for many years.
Even in the high season you will have enough space on our campsite. You can plunge into the hustle and bustle of Emden or Greetsiel and return to our oasis behind the dike in the evening to unwind.
For those who want a little more space or want to arrive spontaneously without much packing, we will be happy to inform you about our rental units. The chalets offer you the comfort of small cottages and are fully furnished.
