Description ECOCAMP

The natural camping complex at the foot of the Karwendel Mountains borders directly on an untouched forest and the Isar. The Isarhorn Nature Camping Park is also located directly on the edge of the Karwendel nature reserve.

Not far is the picturesque violin making and climatic health resort of Mittenwald, nestled between Wetterstein, Kranzberg and Karwendel. Further north of the source of the Isar, Bavaria meets Tyrol and, in addition to a diverse culture, offers optimal conditions for an active holiday in the mountains.
The campsite is an ideal starting point for mountain-loving holiday seekers such as hikers, mountaineers, cyclists (paved cycle paths), mountain bikers and motorcyclists. Two-wheeler riders can stay in a tepee at the campsite with breakfast included. In winter, cross-country skiing, sledging and other alpine sports are available.
