Description ECOCAMP

This campsite belongs to the Haveltourist group.
All 8 Haveltourist campsites are located directly on a lake in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. We offer suitable accommodation for every guest, whether in a tent, caravan, mobile home, holiday home, mobile home or in a rental apartment. All sites are located directly in or next to the Müritz National Park and are an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours.
Arrive and breathe deeply and enjoy the freshness of the pine forest with every breath. The campsite, with its natural, slightly undulating terrain and forest floor, is located directly on Lake Leppinsee, in the middle of extensive pine forests, on the border of the Müritz National Park. It is included in the marked hiking network. There is a dendrological garden nearby.
Canoe tours in a southerly direction are possible from Leppinsee, because here one lake follows the other, like a string of pearls.
Following in the footsteps of “Sleeping Beauty” you can reach the ducal castle in Mirow via the “Seerosenstrasse”. To the north there is a connection via the Woterfitzsee and Caarpsee, located in the national park, to the Müritz.
The passenger ship stop to and from Mirow is located at the square. Thanks to the newly developed access road, the site is also easily accessible for motorhomes. The modern sanitary building is equipped with a laundry room and cooking facilities.
