3rd stage stop: Tennsee Alpine Caravan Park in Krün

3rd stage stop: Tennsee Alpine Caravan Park in Krün - ECOCAMPS

The Alps are calling.

The drive from Riegsee to Krün was fantastic. The drivers of the e-camping bus and e-car could enjoy the mountain panorama in beautiful weather. The e-cargo bike with tent trailer had to overcome 60 km and 500 meters of altitude that day. The ride was a pure pleasure thanks to the powerful engine and the scenery.

The third stage stop of the electromobile travel caravan was Alpen-Caravanpark Tennsee. With a beautiful mountain backdrop, we presented our e-mobiles and other exhibits to the mayor of the municipality of Krün, Thomas Schwarzenberger (left in the picture), the campsite owner Armin Zick and other interested parties.

The Stanglmair car dealership was there again with the Hyundai Ionic 5. Auto Heitz was also there with a VW ID.4 GTX. Both vehicles have a lot of power and are suitable as towing vehicles for caravans.

Once again, our e-mobile ensemble attracted interested campers who shared with us their opinions, experiences and questions about electromobility. Exciting conversations were held and numerous prejudices were cleared up.

As the day came to an end, we set up the tent trailer and the roof tent of the electric camper van at the campsite. We then ended the evening in the campsite restaurant with great specialties. We were particularly impressed by the range of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Before we all crawled into either the E-camping bus, the roof tent or the B-Turtle to sleep, we took a walk to Tennsee. The biotope on the campsite, where you can also swim, is completely natural. We could listen to the crickets and frogs and even fireflies lit up the meadow around the lake. The following applies here: Camping is a holiday in and with nature!
