ECOCAMPING has been concerned with energy efficiency and climate protection for many years. In addition to the sluggish climate protection efforts at international political level, it is time to secure the existence of tourism even in times of climate change. ECOCAMPING has set itself the goal of preparing campsites in particular to be able to operate sustainably even in changing climate conditions. ECOCAMPING will work with campsites from Luxembourg in particularly vulnerable locations to develop measures to counteract the consequences of extreme rainfall events. The ECOCAMPING focus “CopingCamps” ensures that there will still be camping on the river in the future.
