Ecocamping has developed together with the Touring Club Suisse a comprehensive strategy for sustainable camping holidays that delights holidaymakers. Whether sustainably generated energy and hot water, comfortably warm sanitary facilities, effective supply and disposal, unforgettable nature experiences, delicious organic delights without food waste - as a guest you are already benefiting.
Cyclists and all mobile campers especially get their money's worth
Many TCS places offer charging stations for e-cars, e-bikes and e-MTBs, bicycle workshops, a sustainably operated “bike wash” facility or electric rental cars. You can safely leave your own car at home. In addition, you can easily reach most TCS places by taking the (punctual) Swiss train and bus. At the campsite, guests meet in comfortable and practical common rooms. In them, natural materials ensure a healthy indoor climate and a comfortable atmosphere.
Above all, discover nature on and around the campsite
The TCS campsites are increasingly ensuring that various native plants grow and thrive on the campsite. This green variety offers guests a blooming, fragrant feast for the senses. The trees, shrubs and flowers attract colorful butterflies and many other animal species. You and your children can experience nature intensively here - what could be better than camping?

At TCS courses you can enjoy your time with friends and family, be active or simply relax - in the middle of beautiful mountain nature.

At the beginning of this year, nine TCS campsites were officially certified by Ecocamping
More should be in follow this year. The committed Swiss camping teams are intensively supported by Ecocamping in order to continue on the sustainable path. An eco-camping workshop took place in Brunnen on Lake Lucerne in March took place, which thrilled TCS camping operators and their teams.
